Refund Policy

ProfileFlow processes all subscription payments through Razorpay. This policy describes when you are eligible for a refund, how to request one, and how refunds are processed.

All subscription amounts are charged in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified at checkout. This policy applies to all ProfileFlow subscription plans purchased through our platform.

Monthly Subscriptions

First-Time Subscribers

Eligible for a full refund within 7 days of your first billing date. No questions asked.

After 7 Days

No refunds are issued after the 7-day window from the billing date. The subscription remains active until the end of the billing period.

Renewals

Recurring monthly renewal charges are non-refundable. Cancel before the renewal date to avoid the next charge.

Cancellation note: Cancelling a monthly subscription stops future billing immediately. Your access continues until the end of the current paid period.

Annual Subscriptions

Within 30 Days

Pro-rata refund available within 30 days of your annual billing date. We refund the unused portion of your subscription, calculated by days remaining.

After 30 Days

No refunds are issued after the 30-day window. Your access continues until the end of the annual subscription period.

Example: If you purchased an annual plan and request a cancellation on day 15, you are eligible for a refund of approximately 350/365 of the annual fee (the unused days).

Cancellation Process

Via Dashboard

Go to Dashboard → Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription. Confirm your cancellation. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, then it will not renew.

Via Email

Email support@profileflow.bio with the subject line "Cancel Subscription". Include your account email address. We will process your cancellation within 2 business days.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances:

  • Add-on purchases and one-time feature fees.
  • Subscription fees for accounts that have been suspended or terminated due to violations of our Terms of Service.
  • Charges that fall outside the applicable refund window (7 days for monthly, 30 days for annual).
  • Partial months of service already consumed (for monthly plans after the 7-day window).
  • Any fees charged by your bank or card issuer as part of the payment transaction.

Duplicate Payments

If you are charged more than once for the same subscription period due to a technical error:

  • Verified duplicate charges are refunded in full within 5–7 business days after confirmation.
  • To report a duplicate charge, email support@profileflow.bio with your account email and the Razorpay Payment ID(s) for both transactions.
  • Our team will verify the duplicate against Razorpay's payment records before processing.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email support@profileflow.bio with the subject line "Refund Request". Please include:

  • Your ProfileFlow account email address.
  • The Razorpay Payment ID from your payment confirmation email or Razorpay receipt (format: pay_XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX).
  • The reason for your refund request.
  • The billing date of the charge you are requesting a refund for.

We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and process eligible refunds within 5–7 business days of approval.

Approved refunds are initiated via Razorpay to your original payment method.

Bank Processing

After initiation, your bank or card issuer may take an additional 3–5 business days to reflect the credit.

Refunds are processed in INR and credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. ProfileFlow does not issue refunds via bank transfer, cash, or alternative payment methods.
